Remington Smith's First Documentary Available on Amazon

After screening at film festivals and conferences across the country, and holding a sold out screening at Louisville's Baxter Avenue Theater, the feature documentary Rubbertown will be distributed on Amazon starting April 1st, 2018, Easter Sunday.

Rubbertown follows Louisville, KY resident Monika Burkhead fighting to move her entire house to another county to escape the health hazards of living near chemical manufacturing plants, a toxic landfill site, and a coal burning power plant. 

Shot, produced, and edited by filmmaker and UofL Assistant Professor Remington Smith, the film is Smith's first documentary feature.
