Volume 30, Number 2 - January 16, 2018
Late again this week because of the snow. Hope you had a good holiday on Monday and a good snow day. A few news notes for you this week from the Department of Communication and Comm-Announce including help with your speeches and entrance into graduate school.
HELP WITH YOUR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Do you need help improving your speaking skills? The Department of Communication's Public Speaking Center is staffed with speech mentors who can help guide you through the process of preparing and delivering an oral presentation. Students taking any course, not just a speech course, are invited to visit the Speaking Center for help and guidance with their presentations.
The Speaking Center is located on the lower level of Strickler. For more information and a schedule of office hours, check us out on the web:http://commcourses.com/oc/

Both workshops will be held in the Shumaker Research Building, Room 139. UL alumni and staff, post-baccalaureate students, current graduate and undergraduate students, and community members are invited to attend.

That is all for now. Back to our regular schedule next week, hopefully, so see you here next Monday. Have a good week.
